Wonderful Citrus is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor for its Delano, CA location. Ideal candidates will possess a strong technical background supporting and maintaining the facilities of an industrial manufacturing plant. The Facilities Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of personnel engaged in maintaining and repairing plant functionality, mechanical and/or electrical equipment, physical structures of buildings, maintaining grounds, custodial personnel, roll up doors and mobile equipment. Candidates must be hard-working with a strong work ethic and an unfaltering determination to excel in a fast-paced environment, and a desire to gain personal and career growth.
