Wonderful Citrus is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor for our California location. The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for insuring orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner. These tasks will be accomplished through accurate inventory and coordination with Production, Shipping, Sales and or Transportation. In this capacity the Customer Service Supervisor will review orders for accuracy and compliance with company standards.

The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by an individual assigned to this position. The duties described below may not be an all-inclusive list and other duties may be assigned as needed.

  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) ensuring the Customer Service Representatives are aware of and follow set procedures.
  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of reports needed.
  • Responsible for completing detailed research as required on complex account problems as assigned by the Customer Operations Manager.
  • Act as a liaison between the Customer Service and Finance team in order to resolve issues and/or concerns.
  • Expected to make recommendations and implement processes to strategically improve customer service.
  • Expected to work with Sales and Claims & Receivables personnel to expedite the resolution of open claims and collections.
  • Responsible for supervising, coaching and developing direct reports.

  • BA/BS in Sales, Marketing or equivalent course of study preferred.
  • 3 years of entry level experience preferably within the produce industry.
  • Strong supervisor and interpersonal skills necessary.
  • Experience with Excel, Microsoft Word, and Oracle strongly preferred.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and writing skills are a must.
  • General knowledge of project management.
